Car Wash

A course I attend in 2006 ... a course I go through again on 2016 ... and last month Nov a refresher ... so I make my mind to run my very own and very first Car Wash session with my team at Johor -- total 22 IS (absent 2) and 3 BDM ...

Well ... the process is good and my objective to make the session become very emotional and make someone cry ... hahha yes, I did it ! My goal for the year completed with one more trial :)

Of cause after refresh back, still got some improvement, something I miss out to say, which I personally think will bring bigger impact ...

Well done for the new trial ! NLP one of my love subject !

 

Done the Trip

Done the trip, back to Malaysia .. a new me, a new experience, a growth path ... observe think and apply ... the help me and be a better me !

US 3rd time trip, I will be back !

My 3rd visit .. air ticket is out ... well still remain low profile and humble as the communicate leave it to someone who wish to blast ... I keep my thing going on ..

What to expect on this round ... hmm let's look forward for it !

Same Thing

Thingwill be forever remain same if we think inside the circle of our influence ... means we didn't join others, explore ourself, listen to other opinions, stand from the other side of the view ... so like a recording I listen past few days .... the speaker say, you will continue and learn then same thing, even if you writing, or blogging, all the stuff is similar to the your past few years lesson or thinking .. cause you didn't learn something news ...

Is it important to continue read, read something different, try something different ... then you will get something different ...

Always understand and think back, why we start this, why we agree on this ?

- You never wrong do the right thing ...
sometime is what you get from a movie, a scene, a seminar, a meeting ... always observe from the other points of view .. not just from your eyes, from others eyes and from other angle .. you will found different thing ...

Do the Right thing

Many times we know what is the right thing to do ... but do we really do the right thing the right way ... sometime we do the right thing but with the wrong way ... or we do the right thing with the wrong intention ... do the right thing ot do the thing right ... if do the thing right we can use any way either it was right way or wrong way, most important is do the thing right ..

If we really focus to do the right thing then we must do it right and with the right way ...

That's the different between do the right thing and do the thing right :)

Recall

Suddenly recall I didn't post anything in May ... while just found a time to leave some note here ..
hmm last few days at Batu pahat area help an old uncle to step down from steps ... last weekend donate few ringgit to few beggar even through from my heart I knew the money will go somewhere else but .. the moment I'm doing the right thing ...

And many things "due to pantang" can't share out and can't say .. and many thing due to "promise" can't share out and many thing due to "keep the secret" then can't speak out ... all of these will only be share once it was open ..

will I continue to blog ... just wonder will I got time to read back all these 2000+ blog ? hahahha ..

Final Confirmation

Here come getting the letter and final confirmation .... so pending my final interview appointment on coming 11 May 2016 .. Looking forward for it !

2016, this year really different experiences for me, where at first I bring the expectation not expectation, just normal eye to see the different culture of the people or the dark side ... Haha, but when this round they around me to line up and take turns to swing, touch the god, wau I totally have different view on this. Wonderful, this had create a desire for me to join, to continue join next year, thanks god, have a lucky years ahead .. Many many lucky years

Back from Greece

One of my dream country when I small .. with all the legends and God story there -- zeus, Poseidon, Hercules, Aphrodite, Athena, Artemes ... :) Love it ..

8D7N with my wife ... is a long journey from part to part .. but do bring out many new things & lesson .. left hand drive, santorini .. new kind of food moussaka ..

Good Job

There is a story tell that : if you want recognition everyday to ensure you work happily, you might not get at all ...

If you are a boss, you can tell yourself to give recognition to your employees everyday (you choose), if you are worker, you can choose not to get recognition from what you do but you still deliver your job with good result (you choose) ..

Sometimes if we just think of rewards, is hard for us to happily complete a task .. and as a boss is not their job to recognize you everyday as this is your job ... think about it what type of bosses you want to be and what type of employees you want to be.

Thank you to my team, thank you for my boss on the nomination and approval ... thank you all ! Well is a good recognition and awards .. only the timing seem a bit unclear with the result received two days ago ... well no matters how ... always look at the bright side for the thing and deliver the best and do good on the basic job ... then everything will be go fine and go well !
